This comprehensive introduction covers the fundamentals of GIPS compliance, the institutional framework, performance and risk measurement, and includes a practical example of the GIPS compliance process in daily business operations.
Part I participants are automatically also registered for Part II.
Part 2 – Focus topic “Artificial Intelligence in Performance Reporting”
An insightful session exploring the recent developments, opportunities and challenges of AI in performance reporting.
Featuring expert insights and a panel discussion, the session will examine how AI can enhance reporting processes, improve efficiency and support more meaningful communication with clients.

Target audience
The GIPS® Standards Day is aimed at employees of asset managers, banks and other financial intermediaries, in particular persons working in the following fields: GIPS Standards Office, Performance Measurement, Risk Reporting, Risk Management, Risk Control, Investment Advisory, Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit, Public Policy / Governmental Affairs, Client Advisors, Marketing (Asset Management, Private Banking) as well as representatives of Asset Managers, Audit Firms, Consultants, Pension Funds, Trusts, Family Offices, Software Providers and Securities Dealers.
The first part of the GIPS® Standards Day (08.45 am – 03.45 pm) focuses on the content and the institutional framework of the GIPS Standards and is especially aimed at “GIPS Beginners”.
The second part of the GIPS® Standards Day (03.45 pm – 07.00 pm) provides a strategic update on recent GIPS developments, followed by a panel discussion on AI in Performance Reporting. The session is recommended for both GIPS experts and GIPS beginners.
Language
The working language will be English (no simultaneous translations).
